- ⅓ cup coarsely chopped fresh dill
- 1 tsp salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp finely grated lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Directions:
- Combine cucumbers, dill, and salt in a medium bowl; season with pepper and toss to cot. Cover and chill 30 minutes.
